Laser derusting principle
Often steel parts are rusted by prolonged exposure, affecting aesthetics and performance.
Laser derusting is the use of high-frequency high-energy laser pulses to illuminate the surface of the workpiece. The coating layer can absorb the focused laser energy instantaneously, causing the oil, rust or coating on the surface to evaporate or peel off instantaneously, and effectively remove surface deposits or surface coatings at high speed. The layer cleaning method, while the laser pulse with a short duration of action, does not harm the metal substrate under the appropriate parameters.
It can be used for cleaning molds, degreasing, descaling, paint removal, and tire mold cleaning.
This laser descaling method is efficient and safe, and even the corners of the parts, such as letters and bolts, can be perfectly cleaned.
